Management Staff

Maurine Wahlen - General Manager

Maurine Wahlen began working at Potomac ABC in 2001 as financial manager and became general manager in 2006. Prior work experience has included auditing, industry accounting and management, small business consulting, and taxation. She has worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and has international work experience. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree with an emphasis in accounting from Pacific Union College, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is presently working on her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the University of Maryland. Maurine is passionate about reading and learning new things. She is committed to working with the team at Potomac ABC to meet the needs of customers and constituents by providing resources for nurture and witness.

Kathleen Burton - Chief Operation Officer

Kathleen began working with the ABC in 1977 and assumed the title of COO in December of 2001. She is the operations manager, and also handles HR and scheduling for the store.

Lisa Follette - Financial Manager

Lisa joined the staff of Potomac ABC as financial manager effective September 2007. She has prior work experience in auditing and industry accounting in both for-profit and not-for-profit arenas. A graduate of Oakwood College, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Lisa Myaing - Marketing Manager

Lisa has been employed by the ABC in a variety of positions since 1991, and is currently handling marketing responsibilities on a part-time basis.
